Bridge Engineer

Job Description:

• Engage directly with clients in Japan to negotiate and receive project tasks.
• Act as a liaison for meetings between the project team and clients. Prepare projectrelated documents.
• Assist the development team in creating reports and tracking the relationship between customers and the development team.
• Provide support for tasks assigned by the Project Manager or Leader.
• Enhance project management skills to advance to the role of BrSE (for IT Comtors) or Bridge Project Manager (BPM) in the future.

Skills and Experience:

• Proficiency in Japanese at N2 level or higher (excellent business conversation skills).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Japanese IT companies (software/game/product).
• Strong logical thinking ability to summarize problems accurately and excellent communication skills.
• Effective selfmanagement and multitasking abilities.
• Creative proactive and capable of working well under high pressure.
• Background as a software engineer (in any position) is preferred.
• Submission of a Japanese CV or is required.
