Non-IT Recruiter

1. Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs including volume requirements and skill sets and develop recruitment strategies accordingly.
2. Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job portals social media networking and referrals to attract qualified candidates. Screen resumes conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications to identify the best fit for client roles.
3. Bulk Hiring: Manage endtoend recruitment processes for bulk hiring projects ensuring timely delivery of highquality candidates to meet client deadlines.
4. Industry Expertise: Specialize in recruiting for multiple industries including BPO insurance sales and marketing. Stay updated on industry trends market dynamics and talent pools to effectively address client requirements.
5. Candidate Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future opportunities. Provide candidates with a positive experience throughout the recruitment process including timely communication and feedback.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including account managers and recruitment coordinators to coordinate recruitment activities and ensure client satisfaction.
7. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process including data protection and confidentiality requirements.

1. Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
2. Minimum 6 months2 years of experience in recruitment consultancy with a focus on nonIT hiring.
3. Proven track record in bulk hiring across diverse sectors such as BPO insurance sales and marketing.
4. Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills with proficiency in using recruitment tools and techniques.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
6. Resultoriented mindset with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver on client expectations.
7. Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
8. Certification in recruitment or human resources management is a plus.
