Overview:
The role of a Talent Acquisition Executive is crucial to the organizations success as it involves sourcing attracting and hiring top talent to meet the companys staffing needs. The Executive will play a key role in building a strong employer brand and fostering a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute recruiting plans.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
- Source potential candidates through online channels and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate skills and qualifications.
- Coordinate with external partners (e.g. recruitment agencies).
- Manage the companys employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Utilize HRIS and other recruitment tools effectively.
- Participate in career fairs and networking events.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the recruitment process.
- Provide recruitment metrics and reports to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree.
- Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Executive or similar role.
- Handson experience with fullcycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
- Proactive and innovative thinker with a focus on continuous improvement.
