Job Description
As an Instrumentation Engineer specializing in SPI/Aveva instrumentation your job description would involve a range of responsibilities related to the design implementation and maintenance of instrumentation systems using SPI (SmartPlant Instrumentation) or Aveva instrumentation software
- Utilize SPI/Aveva instrumentation software to develop detailed engineering designs for instrumentation systems in industrial plants or facilities.
- Create instrumentation specifications datasheets and diagrams according to project requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to integrate instrumentation systems into overall plant designs.
- Configure SPI/Aveva software to accurately represent instrumentation assets within the plant.
- Ensure that all instrumentation components are properly integrated with control systems and other plant infrastructure.
- Conduct testing and validation of instrumentation systems to ensure they meet functional and safety requirements.
