Account Director

I. JOB SUMMARY

1. Environment/ Team culture

2. You will directly communicate with

• Clients (include but not limited to digital scope brand strategy ATL and BTL activities).
• Internal teams including BOD Strategic Planning Creative Media Digital and Back Office.
• External: Production House Suppliers etc.

II. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Main Duties

60%

• Communicate with the client: get brief deeply understand requirements keep a good relationship and explore new demands.
• Lead internal teams to deliver the best proposals (mostly IMC plans) to clients.

10% keep track of sales plan to make it hit the yearly target (Sales Gross Profit) and report to COO and BOD.

30% Coach the team grow their expertise build a stable and healthy working environment.

2. Occasional Duties

• Participate in the internal training board.
• Support other teams when needed.
• Direct meeting with BOD.

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Background

• A throughtheline background/ experience.
• Digital background.
• Activation/ event experience is a plus.

2. Experience

• At least 79 years of experience in the Communication and Advertising industry.
• Previous position: Account Director/ Associate Account Director.

3. Knowledge

• Have knowledge in Advertising Communication Marketing overall and Research.
• Having knowledge of Business Development is a plus.

4. Skills

• Deliver diversified businessdriven solutions ranging from creative brand strategy to IMC campaigns.
• Logical & Critical thinking problemsolving and solution provider.
• Planning skills.
• Presentation skills.
• Be able to communicate fluently and effectively both in Vietnamese & English.
• Have leadership experience and organizational knowhow.
• Efficient training skills.
• Willing to learn new fields new expertise in communication and marketing.
