Roles and Responsibilities

Client Onboarding: Ensure a seamless integration process for new clients by acquainting them with Qures product suite conducting thorough training sessions and overseeing smooth implementation. Key responsibilities include setting up accounts coordinating with the engineering team for software customization and guiding clients through initial product utilization.

Relationship Management: Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with clients by serving as their primary point of contact for all inquiries and issues. Regularly engage with clients through updates checkins and prompt resolution of queries or concerns.

Crossfunctional Collaboration for Deliverables: Collaborate closely with various departments including sales marketing and product development to ensure the timely delivery of client requirements. Strive to enhance the customer experience and offer valuable insights to refine product offerings and marketing strategies.

Reporting on Success Metrics: Monitor and report on key client success indicators such as product adoption satisfaction levels and retention rates. Analyze trends and identify areas for improvement.

Client Advocacy: Advocate for client needs within the company by conveying their feedback and collaborating with product engineering and other teams to prioritize and address client requirements. Work in conjunction with sales marketing product and engineering departments to develop a cohesive strategy for client success product enhancement and account expansion.

Skills and Expertise:

Bachelors degree in any field with a preference for candidates with healthcare industry experience.

Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal in Vietnamese and English.

Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities.

Interest in learning about technology products.

Processoriented mindset with a proactive approach to task completion.

Ability to thrive in a collaborative crossfunctional work environment.
