Open Position: Level 3 Windows Engineer (MNC Company)

An MNC company is currently hiring for Level 3 Windows Engineer to join the team and be based in the Selangor office.

Key responsibilities include:

• Good experience in supporting and administrating Office365 AD virtualization and infrastructure platforms such as Cloud HyperV VDI and etc
  
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with knowledge in Backup Cloud Server Storage with experience in Windows environment
  
• Good experience in change request and incident management process with ability to identify areas of improvement and implementing bigfix and long term solutions
  
• Consistent monitoring to ensure all services are functioning and accessible at all times without interruptions
  
• Good experience in participating/leading project rollouts through planning testing and implementation phases to meet business objective
  
• Having professional certifications such as CCNA ITIL MCTS and VMWare would be added advantage
  
• Good communication skills and enjoys working in a teambased environment
