Accountant

Location: Parque das Naes (onsite)

  Responsibilities:
  
  Checking and entering invoices and other documents into the accounting system (Navision);
  Payments and bank transfers;
  Bank reconciliations;
  Supplier and customer reconciliations;
  Issuing invoices to customers;
  Identifying accruals and deferrals provisions or other unusual transactions;
  Assisting in monthly and yearly closings;
  Monitoring compliance with tax obligations;
  Actively seeking and promoting cost optimization.
  
  Requirements:
  
  Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Management or similar;
  Over 3 years of experience in accounting;
  Intermediate to advanced Excel skills;
  Experience in Big4 firms will be valued;
  Knowledge of Navision will be valued;
  Fluent proficiency in Portuguese;
  Intermediate (A2) to advanced (B2) English proficiency.
