System Analysts with experience in Siebel Salesforce Mulesoft

We are seeking multiple experienced System Analysts to support client reforms. The successful candidates will possess strong analytical skills excellent documentation and communication abilities and facilitation expertise. Experience with Siebel Salesforce Mulesoft and/or User Interface (UI) application design is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the clients current and future technical environment including system dependencies.
• Interpret technical solutions for nontechnical stakeholders to clarify requirements and present design solutions.
• Produce detailed designs system process models and wireframes to address business needs.
• Develop products within a DevOps and agile delivery model including feature definitions user stories and Product Backlog Items (PBI).
• Collaborate with technical and accessibility specialists to facilitate system development.
• Provide specialist technical knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
  • Mobile Applications (iOS Android Windows Mobile)
  • Data modeling data mapping and/or data migration
  • Salesforce & Mulesoft Platforms
  • UX design tools (e.g. Adobe XD Figma)
  • Collaboration software (e.g. SharePoint)
• Analyze systems to define nonfunctional business and system integration requirements.
• Work with external and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and define highlevel interface solutions.
• Identify and manage risks assumptions dependencies and escalate as needed.
• Plan and facilitate workshops with business representatives to clarify requirements and present design solutions.
• Produce functional specifications and user stories for system development ensuring clarity and detail for build and test teams.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships and networks internally and externally.
• Manage business stakeholders to ensure productive engagement and mitigate risks related to business signoff.
• Discuss technical issues and solutions with both technical and nontechnical staff.
• Utilize strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
• Perform other duties as directed.
• Thorough understanding of analysis methodologies and practices.
• Excellent documentation communication and facilitation skills.
• Training qualifications and experience in Siebel Salesforce Mulesoft and/or UI application design are highly desired.
• Australian Citizen with ability to obtain baseline security clearance
• Anywhere in Australia
