Role: Payments Tech Architect
Location: Hyderabad Bangalore Pune
Hybrid Mode Position
Responsibilities:
- Develop and uphold payment system architecture focusing on merchant payment systems.
- Integrate merchant acquirers and payment gateways into the existing infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to design and implement APIs for merchant acquirers.
- Supervise the deployment and resolution of issues with POS systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure all systems and processes comply with industry standards such as PCI.
- Actively engage in the entire SDLC from requirements gathering to production support including DevOps root cause analysis and defect resolution.
- Effectively convey complex technical concepts to senior architects technical managers and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to foster innovation and efficiency.
Requirements
- 1015 years of experience in merchant payment system architecture.
- Demonstrated proficiency in integrating merchant acquirers and payment gateways.
- Thorough understanding of merchant acquirer APIs.
- Handson experience with Chip & Pin systems Point of Sale Tokenization Encryption.
- Proven track record in POS deployments and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with payments industry standards (PCI etc.).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with senior architects and technical managers.
- Experience with full SDLC requirements system design development production support DevOps root cause analysis defect resolution etc.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with Springboot Java stack.
- Knowledge of FreedomPay Gateway.
- Experience in the travel and hospitality industry.
