WHAT YOU DO

• As a Creative Director Experiential you are a key player and responsible for the creative team with focus on dedicated experiential topics and projects.
• With passion for the creative process you develop translate and execute concepts and strategies to create onpoint physical experiences and storytelling customer journeys.
• You bridge the gap between account management and creative work.
• You develop and lead a strong and focused interdisciplinary team of creatives.
• You convince our client with your many years of experience and with visionary and disruptive approaches that challenges the Zeitgeist.
• As a team lead you are responsible for budget planning client communication briefing the creative team and achieving defined goals and milestones.

WHO YOU ARE

• You are an integrated experiential expert with a real passion for a linked 360 marketing channel mix.
• You have an extended international background with a wealth of expertise in the luxury industry and you have a degree in architecture education.
• You must have proven experience in similar positions ideally in an agency environment.
• You have a flair for the automotive world innovation tech and trends combined with an aesthetic sensibility and love for the detail as well as an outstanding visual and spatial imagination.
• You take ownership of deliverables managing them independently and efficiently.
• You are open to continuous learning and act proactively with your leaders.
• You are always approachable and have a goodnatured service attitude ensuring a positive working atmosphere.
• You have a healthy selfconfidence and do not let yourself be intimidated or demotivated by a challenging client.
• Fluent written and spoken German and English are essential for our daily business.
