RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in brand management including website and collateral updates
  
• Activate brand values according to the brand manual and brand portfolios
  
• Prepare and execute Momentum Effect Briefs for brand dominance
  
• Attend Brand Marketing Communications Committee (BMCC) governance reports and meetings
  
• Attend Brand Marketing and Teams reports and meetings
  
• Participate in SuperMATH 4321 tracking
  
• Participate in special or other adhoc projects as required as well as miscellaneous tasks.
  

SOCIAL MEDIA / MARKETING

• Administer inbox management calendar management scheduling standard business correspondence transcription data entry and CRM system management
  
• Manage social media platforms including content copywriting for articles website social media posts emails Email Marketing (EDM/VDM) reports and analytics
  
• Support and maintain websites by updating images content and links
  
• Design marketing collaterals (update existing artwork) posters and social media creatives
  
• Edit videos for simple video editing for social media reels
  
• Provide customer service through live chat support responding to inquiries answering questions about the Academys products or services setting up meetings & followups for onsite team delivering information about the Academy s offerings providing proactive customer outreach collecting and analyzing customer feedback and responding to customer reviews.
