This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to join our team at Preferable.ai
As a Human Resources Intern you will gain handson experience in various HR functions and play a key role in supporting our HR team.
This is a great opportunity for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience to learn and grow in human resources.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Knowledge of human resources principles and practices
- Interest in the IT industry and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Working hours 4 PM IST 12 am IST
- Own laptop mobile and active internet connection
