Job Description

Position Title: Talent Acquisition Intern

Location Hyderabad(Work From Office)

Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Talent Acquisition team as an intern. This role offers an exciting opportunity to gain handson experience in recruiting and talent acquisition within a fastpaced and innovative environment. As a Talent Acquisition Intern you will work closely with our recruiting team to identify attract and hire top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and Screening Candidates: Utilize various channels such as job boards social media and networking to source potential candidates. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.

2. Assisting with Recruitment Processes: Support the recruitment process from start to finish including scheduling interviews coordinating with hiring managers and facilitating candidate communication.

3. Maintaining Applicant Tracking System (ATS): Ensure accurate and uptodate records of candidate information in our ATS. Track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process and generate reports as needed.

4. Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing: Assist in developing and implementing strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent. Contribute to creating engaging content for social media career fairs and other recruitment events.

5. Candidate Experience: Focus on delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Serve as a point of contact for candidates providing timely communication and support.

6. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement. Generate reports on key performance indicators and recruitment analytics to inform decisionmaking.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Masters degree program preferably in Human Resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with excellent organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience in recruitment HR or related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is desirable.

Duration and Compensation:

  • This is a Xmonth internship position with the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.
  • Compensation will be provided based on experience and qualifications.
