The Project:
Project is a global enterprise ERP project to replace Oracle EBS with SAP S4 HANA as Client ERP platform. This transition will impact the business across all ERP related functions due to change management and resourcing requirements. Upon delivery SAP is expected to simplify the way we work as a global business allowing for robust scalability.
The Mission:
As a part of the Project OTC Team you will work closely with individuals from Client to help build the next generation of Cell Therapy business solutions for patients globally. Your focus with be on evolving customer master and order management ERP design in alignment with the SalesForce customer facing patient experience platforms. Your mission will be to help bridge requirements and processes between the frontend patient experience and ERP systems delivering a bestinclass solution for cell therapy patients.
What youll be responsible for:
- Contributing to a team including Business Process and Data Leadership Information Technology Business Analysts and Subject Matter Experts throughout the business who are responsible for delivering requirements and testing for Customer Master and Order Management ERP solutions.
- Leading requirement gathering sessions with internal/external commercial SalesforceJD1 Patient Experience stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the Solution Architecture (SA) team to create functional design documentation and User Stories.
- Working closely with Agile and SCRUM teams to refine backlogs design optimal solutions and participate in the quality control process associated with development.JD2
- Assisting the business stakeholder in determining if and how system enhancements may improve process flow and business function.
- Creating business requirements and system documentation as well as contributing to enduser and project management documentation.
- Drive requirements definition and compliance delivery to ensure key milestones are met in support of regional regulatory compliance & the global data strategy.
- Support Data Lead and Subject Matter Experts with deploymentbased business support as needed.
- Track and fully document test cases to validate requirements are met using best practice standards developed by the Business Analysis team.
- Participate in direct observations with business resources to understand workflows as part of the project timeline.
- Actively participate in testing of new and enhanced system functionality and capture issues found in testing in a documentation repository.
- Actively participate in systems integration and user acceptance testing of new and enhanced system functionality.
- Act as a liaison between departmental endusers technical analysts and consultants to ensure optimal operational performance.

What youll need to have:
- Bachelors degree in information technology related discipline.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with Salesforce (Sales Service and/or Experience Cloud).
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a business analyst working within the customer master and order management ecosystem writing user stories in a standardized format.
- Experience leading requirement gathering sessions with internal/external Salesforce stakeholders.
- Ability to develop deep business and application domain knowledge for an assigned workstream to aid in critically evaluating the balance of both business needs and user requests.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience working in an Agile environment at all levels including stakeholder management with a considerate ability to take ownership of tasks and complete them with minimal direct supervision.
- Excellent communication follow through and people skills.
- Ability to multitask meet deadlines and stay calm under pressure.
What would be nice for you to have:
- Salesforce Health Cloud experience
- ERP systems integration experience with a focus on customer master and order management.
- Health systems data experience related to HIPPA GDPR or relevant regional data protection regulations.
- GxP systems change management and validation experience.
- Experience with Cell and Gene Therapy Orchestration systems and processes.
