Responsibilities:
  • Generate revenue through direct sales.
  • Prospect and qualify leads.
  • Conduct sales presentations and negotiations.
  • Build and maintain client relationships.
  • Stay informed about market trends.
  • Maintain sales records and analyze data.
Requirements:
  • Proven field sales experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in sales CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel in Kolkata Only
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree preferred.
  • Relevant sales training or certifications advantageous.

Education and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing Sales or a related field (preferred).
  • Relevant sales training or certifications may be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
  • Identify potential customers through research cold calling networking and other lead generation methods.
  • Qualify leads to determine their suitability and potential for sales opportunities.
  1. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations:
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of products or services to potential customers.
  • Highlight the features and benefits of offerings to address customer needs and concerns.
  1. Negotiation and Closing Deals:
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements to maximize profitability while satisfying customer requirements.
  • Close sales and secure agreements with customers ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
  1. Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting relationships with customers.
  • Address customer inquiries concerns and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  1. Market Intelligence:
  • Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities.
  • Utilize market insights to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  1. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities including contacts sales calls and deals closed.
  • Analyze sales data to identify patterns trends and areas for improvement.
