Job Description

Job Title: Lead / Sr. HR Operations Specialist
Location: Noida
Reports To: Head HR
Job Summary:
As the HR Operations Specialist you will be responsible for overseeing key HR functions including onboarding employee relations engagement talent management audit and reporting. Your role will involve implementing HR policies aligned with organizational goals managing employee records ensuring payroll accuracy and staying updated on HR best practices and regulatory changes. Additionally you will serve as an advisor to employees handle grievances conduct investigations oversee performance management processes develop engagement initiatives ensure compliance and contribute to audit and reporting activities.
Responsibilities:
HR Operations Management:
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Manage employee relations including handling grievances and disciplinary actions.
  • Develop engagement initiatives and talent management strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals and values.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of HR best practices industry trends and regulatory changes.
Talent Management and Development:
  • Assist in the development of individual development plans for employees.
  • Provide guidance and support on performance improvement efforts.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide insights to enhance overall performance.
Employee Engagement and Culture:
  • Develop initiatives to promote employee engagement and a positive work culture.
  • Organize employee events recognition programs and other initiatives to enhance the employee experience.
  • Champion initiatives to foster a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
Compliance and Audit:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and legal requirements.
  • Participate in regular audits to identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions as needed.
Reporting:
  • Prepare and analyze audit reports 1:1 Connect reports and HR tickets/issues addressed reports etc.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on reporting data to drive continuous improvement in HR operations.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in HR management Business Administration or related field; master s degree preferred.
  • 57 years HR experience with 2 years in a lead role.
  • HRIS experience preferably with Keka.
  • Proven track record in Employee Engagement and culture building.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles practices and laws.
  • Excellent communication interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives projects and teams effectively with a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems MS Office Suite and HRrelated software.
