Mission:
Reporting to the VP Services – Europe, the European Service Sales Director will oversee the Service Sales activities for Toshiba Global Commerce Solutions Europe as a member of the European Services Exec Team.
Responsible for achieving the company Services and Maintenance revenue objectives and overall Services plan for Europe (Prof Services, Managed Services, Maintenance, Hardware Break/Fix, and Store as a Service). You will achieve profitability, attaining the European Services goals, key SLAs and business metrics whilst cultivating and maintaining stellar customer experiences. You will ensure the alignment of the Service initiatives, goals, and objectives with the overall TGCS strategy.
Responsible for the indirect line management of a team of dedicated Service Sales Account Managers, you will work collaboratively to establish and maintain positive, long-term relationships with both existing clients and new prospects.
Workplace:
Hybrid – 50% travel as necessary to maintain a presence with customers, staff, and enhance relationship opportunities.
