Job Description

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop the business and grow the customer base of end users and manage account in India and consolidate existing relationships
  • Develop longterm strategies and shortterm plans to meet aggressive revenue goals.
  • Be mindful of the P&L for the business and help grow the profitable business
  • Demonstrate attitude and skills in designing and presenting new solutions and ideas to customers as per their requirements.
  • Develop and demonstrate a strong understanding of competitive offerings in the marketplace.
  • Demonstrate expertise and success in target account selling solution selling and/or consultative sales techniques
  • Understand customer s business to be able to explore opportunities and help the customer meet their business objectives
  • Understand product and solutions and be able to demonstrate our value proposition effectively to clients
  • Drive revenue growth and pipeline in strategic and enterprise accounts both local and global
  • Develop and maintain relationships with decisionmakers in the market such as procurement IT end users and various influencers
  • Collaborating with crossfunctional teams planning and forecasting; maintaining short and longterm business plans.



Requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

Qualifications: Graduate; postgraduation in sales and marketing and engineering graduates


Desirable Experience: 610 years of experience.

  • A minimum of three years of experience in the same field.
  • A track record of meeting goals targets and growth is a must.

Skills:

  • Result orientation; setting and achieving targets and objectives in time
  • Good communication skills verbal and written
  • Interpersonal skills and crossfunctional collaboration
  • Customer centric; being the customer s success manager internally at Rahi
  • Ability to grasp the technical and functional knowledge on product and CRM tools
