Job Summary:

• As an SEO Specialist you will play a crucial role in improving organic search visibility driving website traffic and enhancing online presence for the organization.

• Leveraging your expertise in search engine optimization (SEO) techniques and best practices you will develop and implement strategies to optimize website content structure and performance ensuring alignment with search engine algorithms and user intent.

• Your goal will be to increase website rankings attract target audiences and generate highquality organic traffic through search engines.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct keyword research to identify relevant search terms phrases and topics with high search volume and user intent related to the organizations products services and industry.

1. Optimize website content including landing pages product pages blog posts and meta tags for target keywords and search engine relevance ensuring readability relevance and user engagement.

1. Develop and implement onpage SEO strategies including title tags meta descriptions header tags and internal linking structures to improve website crawlability indexability and ranking.

1. Perform technical SEO audits to identify and address website issues such as crawl errors broken links duplicate content site speed and mobile responsiveness impacting search engine performance.

1. Collaborate with web developers content creators and marketing teams to implement SEO recommendations resolve technical issues and optimize website architecture and navigation for search engines and users.

1. Monitor and Analyse website performance metrics organic search traffic keyword rankings and user behaviour using analytics tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console and thirdparty SEO software.

1. Track and report on key SEO performance indicators trends and insights and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.

1. Stay updated on search engine algorithms industry trends and best practices in SEO and proactively identify opportunities for website optimization and competitive advantage.

1. Research and Analyse competitor websites and SEO strategies to identify gaps opportunities and areas for differentiation in organic search results.

1. Collaborate with content marketing teams to develop SEOfriendly content strategies create highquality optimized content assets and promote content through linkbuilding and outreach activities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in marketing Communications Information Technology or related field.

1. Proven experience as an SEO Specialist SEO Analyst or similar role with a demonstrable track record of improving organic search performance and website rankings.

1. Indepth knowledge of search engine algorithms ranking factors and SEO best practices including onpage optimization technical SEO and offpage optimization techniques.

1. Proficiency in SEO tools and software such as Google Analytics Google Search Console SEMrush Moz Ahrefs or similar platforms.

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to Analyse data interpret insights and make datadriven decisions to optimize SEO strategies and tactics.

1. Excellent understanding of website architecture HTML CSS and JavaScript with the ability to identify and troubleshoot technical SEO issues.

1. Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress Drupal or Joomla and familiarity with website development and deployment processes.

1. Effective communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work crossfunctionally with web developers content creators and marketing teams to achieve SEO objectives.

1. Detailoriented mindset with a focus on accuracy thoroughness and adherence to SEO best practices in all optimization activities.
