Job Description

  • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP S/4HANA HR (focus on HR Controlling, Payroll Calculations, Time Attendance, Performance & Appraisals, Analysis, Month End Close, Overhead assessment and settlement).
  • Converts Data and Migrates from legacy systems (on request).
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document End User Requirements
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
  • Map end user business requirements, processes and objectives; develops the necessary modifications to satisfy those needs.
  • Design, customize, configure and testing of HR & Payroll modules.
  • Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
  • Act as liaison with end user for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
  • Document functional designs, test cases and results.
  • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelordegree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • 0-2 Years of Experience.
  • SAP HR & Payroll, business analysis, technical background.
