RESPONSIBILITIES
Branch Manager position in Clearwater filled with many exciting opportunities! In this role you will have the opportunity to impact the business everyday by creating
and maintaining service operations which are responsive to customer needs. This includes timely high quality service operations at competitive costs to the customer while maintaining sufficient profit margins and professional image.
  • Training and supervising branch staff. Skilled at developing and implementing standards and procedures to improve data entry efficiency accuracy and performance.
  • Use database spreadsheet and wordprocessing software to prepare various versions of complex statistical and written summary reports for different levels of management.
  • Designing implementing and refining systems to manage complex processes and to optimize performance.
  • Successfully manages people to achieve performance goals. Excellent people management skills including resolving conflict coaching and developing others promoting teamwork and performance management.
  • Supervising work for a team of individuals with differing levels of skill to enable them to achieve performance and quality standards.
  • Analyzes and prioritizes information distilling it to the critical issues and drawing accurate conclusions.
  • Manages complexities and competing priorities. Coordinates information and activities among groups with differing agendas across multifunctional areas.
  • Data processing including data analysis process analysis and process modeling.
  • This position has dual roles the focus is on service parts and sales. This position manages all branch operations including direct customer contact new product demos billing cycles and equipment inventory.
  • Management scheduling and supervision of daily service operations include responsibility for current and projected human resources needs.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Two (2) years of staffing industry or related experience.
  • Two (2) years of supervisory experience.
  • Bachelors degree in human resources or equivalent experience preferred or high school diploma required.
