We are looking for Telesales Agents.

Responsibilities

• You make outbound sales calls to partners in order to generate profit and you handle partners objections in order to maximize sales.
• You make outbound calls and inform partners of new products and services
• You achieve the expected number of calls per day in order to reach the sales targets.
• You act on the cross and upselling opportunities.
• You strive towards partner retention and loyalty you log outbound calls into the CRM database.
• You follow escalation policies and procedures.
• You provide and maintain strong professional relationships with all partners and show empathy at all times.
• You work towards reaching targets as set out by the client statement of work as well as internal targets.
• You follow Contact Centre procedures and you ensure availability to make calls adopting the call handling procedure and AUX code guidelines
• You work effectively as part of a team developing effective and supportive relationships with

Required skills

• Fluent in Czech
