Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and customize MS Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements
• Integrate CRM with other systems and applications
• Provide technical expertise in CRM configuration customization and development
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to deliver highquality CRM solutions
• Participate in requirements gathering and solution design workshops
• Perform system testing and support user acceptance testing
• Resolve technical issues and provide ongoing support and maintenance
• Continuously improve CRM functionalities and performance
• Train endusers and provide technical guidance

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 3 years of experience in MS Dynamics CRM development and customization
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture entities forms and workflows
• Proficiency in C# .NET JavaScript and SQL
• Experience in integrating CRM with thirdparty applications and services
• Knowledge of data migration and integration tools
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot technical issues
• Certification in MS Dynamics CRM is preferred
• Excellent communication and problemsolving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
