Role description
LTI Mindtree Interactive is looking for a dynamic leader with demonstrated Business Consulting Experience Strategy Design Thinking and Design experience. In this role the Business Strategy Consultant will be responsible for ensuring the humancentered approach to any consulting engagements across all offerings.
The Busines Strategist Consultant is expected to solve complex problems devise measurable strategies engage with peer teams/experts and improve the operational and technical health of a clients organization with limited management. This individual must be well versed in technical solutions across diverse industries.
Although crossindustry experience is preferred the role is expected to leverage
industry expertise and insights and technical knowledge across LTI Mindtree Interactive offerings to improve the customers business processes executive strategies and organizational designs. At role is expected to be the principal member in the coordination of subject matter experts client stakeholders and LTI Mindtree team members across our business design and technology tracks. It is necessary for this role to understand the true criteria and tenants of enterprisewide digital transformation in differing client and industry environments.

Other details
- At least 10 years of strategy experience or Product Design experience some preferably within a large Consultancy Agency or Innovation lab.
- Demonstrated experience leading enterprise level projects and engaging with senior and executivelevel leadership
- Efficiently translate concepts into a variety of artifacts that lead to a clear understanding of the user experience solutions through compelling stories
- Facilitate client or your teams product visions by researching conceiving wireframing sketching prototyping and mocking up user experiences for digital products or people processes.
- Act as go to with indepth knowledge of user interface best practices and standards. Use researchrelated services theories and methods to support your recommendations
- Ability to conduct research analyze and draw insights from quantitative and qualitative data
- Your understanding of emerging business and technology trends (e.g. Product and Platform Strategy Core Legacy Modernization Cloud Enablement Data Sciences Analytics and Insights and Immersive Experiences AR/VR AI) makes you able to communicate how those affects and enable experiences from a user perspective
- Demonstrated ability to create meaningful measurable and timely user focused transformation strategies that aligns with the business goals and requirements
- You are acute to people psychology behaviors and you can translate your finding in compelling personas and consumer journeys or other artifacts that captures their needs and connections.
- Ability to articulate how proposed Experience and product strategies will impact the users and how they can be implemented through a variety of custom build and outofthebox solutions
- Be passionate about all things strategy and experience and other areas of design and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industrys latest trends and technologies.
- Ability to design and communicate impactful point of views that educate facilitate alignment and inspire change across crossfunctional teams and multiple leadership levels
- Ability to work remote and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time to client and other locations
- Experience in designing planning and facilitating live and virtual workshops. Design Thinking Certification(s) from an accredited institution is a plus.
