Assembly EngineerIncharge Erickshaw

• Assist in developing work guidance
• Lead and participate in team activities to maintain and continuously improve departmental
• Design maintain and continuously improve all Assembly robotic equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Support maintenance and engineering activities including preventative maintenance troubleshooting and repair of all equipment consistent with departmental expectations and goals
• Assist in launching new programs through design reviews
• Provide leadership to the maintenance team with equipment training spare part procurement and machine troubleshooting etc.
• Provide training for all Assembly Team members on the operation of assembly machines and technology
• Respond to equipment downtime as required to support the maintenance and production teams
• Investigate customer and internal quality issues and implement corrective action plans to improve or products processes and equipment
• Investigate and develop methods to insource equipment etc.
