PMO S4Hana Program for our Talent Pool

To be able to expand our network we are searching for experienced and highqualified experts for our talent pool. We permanently staff projects in an international environment with a minimum duration of 612 months.

Currently we are looking for a PMO with experience in international ERP programs and/or IT system rollouts with min. 4 years experience in this role.

Our clients are mostly located in the DACH region. Therefore only applications from candidates within the EU can be considered.

Tasks

• Works closely with Business and IT leads to track project deliverables and tasks
• Ensure project planning is set up and activities and status is tracked and managed
• Support governance structure and reporting
• Prepare top management presentations
• Stakeholder management and communication
• Set up and manage JIRA

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience as PMO and/or Project Manager in complex projects programs and system rollouts within ERP
• Knowledge of agile working methods like Scrum and/or SAFe
• Understanding of project management processes and methods
• Time management and organizational skills handson mentality
• Communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently in a demanding and dynamic environment in an efficient and accurate manner
• Experienced in using project management tools such as Smartsheet
• Experience working with JIRA
• Experience in preparation of management presentation tracking tolls templates and project frameworks and documentations
• Excellent skills in English spoken and written
