Here is what youll do:

• Download daily inward confirmations from the bank for all currencies
• Prepare daily inward spreadsheets in a multicurrency environment
• Daily processing of incoming payments
• Accounts Receivable Management
• Reconciliation of customer ledger/s & follow up unpaid invoices
• Assist with bank reconciliation
• Participate in the end of month process
• Other related duties as required

Job Requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional and relevant experience in Finance and/or Accounting
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
• Strong computer skills in particular the use of Microsoft Excel
• Well organised with excellent time management skills
• Problem solving capability and the ability to be assertive
• Ability to work as part of a team or autonomously as required
