This is a remote position.
We are looking for a talented Marketing Manager who can undertake marketing efforts for the benefit of our peertopeer xSports Marketplace. The candidate must be capable of creating and running creative campaigns and promotional events that add to our new project s brand value.
Ideally the candidate must have a passion for the art of digital marketplaces have abundant ideas for building efficient strategies and must bring forth a strong arsenal of techniques/methods to promote our service and public image.

The goal is to reach out to the market and cultivate the customer s interest in our services in ways that strengthen our reputation and facilitate our exponential growth.
- Build an xSports Marketplace Community.
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive digital marketing strategies to grow our audience.
- Generate Sales Qualified Leads from managed digital channels.
- Manage Companys social pages in different languages.
- Organize and oversee organic and paid advertising communication campaigns and online promotional events.
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends brand awareness and competition ventures.
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication.
- Create amazing visuals and animated illustrations for our marketing channels.
- Write professional copy for diverse marketing distributions (blog newsletters brochures press releases website material etc. ) on sport sustainability and other relevant topics.
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
Requirements
- B.Sc/BA in marketing or any other relevant disciplines.
- Proven experience as a C2C/B2C marketing manager or any other identical role.
- Expert in Instagram & Facebook marketing and lead generation.
- Proficient in AI software: ChatGPT prompting and Midjourney image generation or AI video tools.
- Expert in high quality visuals and video creation motion design.
- Good understanding of market research techniques data analysis and statistics methods.
- Knowledge of sport equipment industry
- Expert with social media management and web analytics.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- Experience with Zoho marketing tools as a plus.
- Based in Europe (preferably).
- English mother tongue. Italian and Spanish are a plus.
