Job Description(Band DGM)
Resultoriented professional with 14 18 years of experience of handling large and complex
network operations comprising mix of technologies.
Strong understanding of Optics IP FTTH domain with an eye for detail and sharp focus on
troubleshooting.
Maintain high performance levels for Network Incident & surveillance processes. Implement
continual improvement activities wherever necessary.
Ensuring that systems procedures and methodologies are in place to support outstanding
Network Experience.
Taking ownership of critical incidents coordinating with resolution parties and establishing
effective communication between stakeholders for postincident reviews.
Ownership of existing MOPs/SOPs revision and creation of MOPs/SOPs for new products.
Creation of knowledge database which can help engineers as reference & training.
Influential communication skills with strong governance of OEMs and while dealing with
thirdparty service provider.
Well versed with ITIL framework and prior knowledge of NOC design and modules.
Performance and Quality Management
Provide accurate and regular reports to the management on Network performances.
Leading personnel management including staff recruitment performance assessment
training and mentoring
Skills
Proficient to handle large diverse teams and closely work with circle leads to derive results.
Exceptional customerfacing skills.
Indepth knowledge of escalation procedures incident management and other disciplines
related to incident management
Expertise in people management and leadership
