Job Description

Excellent presentation skills using graphic applications (Canva Photoshop etc) Holding a valid UAE D/L and owning a car Preferably Candidates who are currently available and can join Immediately (Maximum within 5 days ONLY)

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures
  • Handle employee relations matters including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Oversee the performance management process including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
  • Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance and retirement plans
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and files
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for employees
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations
  • Coordinate and manage office administrative tasks and processes
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
  • Processing Payroll and maintaining accurate employee records (e.g. leaves of absence sick days and work schedules)

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in human resources or administrative roles
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
  • Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent presentation skills using graphic applications (Canva Photoshop etc)
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proactive problemsolving skills and ability to anticipate needs
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Holding a valid UAE D/L and own a car
  • HRCI and SHRM certification is a plus
