Job Summary:
12 years of overall SAP Testing experience with 8 years of SAP FICO and 5 years of Test Lead/Mgr experience.
Strong SAP Test Management and Leadership skills.
Strong experience in SAP FICO along with integrations and SAP MM Testing.
Experience with SAP Test Management SAP Best Practices Estimation Planning and Strategy.
Experienced in Client and Stakeholder Management.
Hands on experience with SIT Defect Management activities Risk Management.
Experience with Test Management Tools such as ALM/JIRA/ADO and exposure to Test Automation Tools.
Good Analytical and Reporting skills and Strong communication skills.
Coordinate with offshore team members to ensure timely deliverables.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Work closely with Business SMEs specific to relevant SAP functional areas to gather requirements along with BDDs FDDs TDDs Mapping Documents etc.
Help/create Test Strategy and Test Plan document.
Understand requirements and convert them to Test Scenarios Test Cases to support Functional System Integration & Regression Testing.
Execute Test Scripts and Analyze Results.
Ensure E2E business process testing is performed for respective process areas.
Help in preparing Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
Provide required information and support to test manager in conducting daily state meetings and prepare and in preparation of Daily Status Report.
Proactively bring up any risks/issues with test manager.
Create Defects support defect triage perform retests as needed and help in timely closure.
Provide required support to Automation Team as applicable.
Leverage Test management (HP ALM/Jira/ADO) and Automation tools (UFT/ Tosca/Worksoft).
