• Designing knowledge in DOC1 templates Pitney Bowes version 5.6 (Primary Must Have)
• E2Vault Exposure (Secondary Good to Have)
• Windows Batch Scripts (Good to Have)
• ITIL Process Knowledge
• Service Management Tools
• Good Communication Skills

Job Description:

• Delivering Application Support for Legacy E2vault and DOC1 Designer application (Pitney Bowes DOC1 version 5.6).
• Should have experience in Design and testing of estatements/eletters using the document composition tool.
• Interacting with the Clients to obtain requirements for the changes.
• Monitoring overnight batch runs and fixing issues related to batch failures ; Performing purging and doing remediation activity handling E2vault server patching activity.
• Responsible for planning Year end activities and volume projections to refrain from batch issues.
• Providing estimation for all the templates that needs to be developed and creating work order for the project.
• Preparing transition documents and Ready Reckoners for future project upgrade ;
• Basic Knowledge on Windows Batch Scripts.
• ITIL Process Knowledge and Familiar with Service Management Tools.
