Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote IT products and services.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable IT solutions based on their requirements.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries generated through marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and followups.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives including revenue and call volume metrics.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about IT products and services to customers.
  • Negotiate pricing terms and conditions in line with company policies and customer needs.
  • Document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales goals.
  • Stay updated on IT industry trends products and competitors to effectively position our offerings.
  • Handle customer inquiries issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in sales training and professional development sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development of sales scripts and sales collateral materials.
  • Adhere to all company policies procedures and business ethics codes.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing IT or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales particularly in the IT industry.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Sound understanding of IT products services and solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales software.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Customerfocused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn about new technologies and products.
  • Positive attitude selfmotivated and goaloriented.
  • Proven problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities.
  • Flexibility to work flexible hours and shifts as required.
