Overview:

The Business Development Manager (Inside Sales) plays a crucial role in driving the growth of the organization by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. This role is essential in driving revenue through effective sales strategies and expansion of the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
  • Nurture and maintain relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential market opportunities
  • Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to deal closure
  • Utilize various sales techniques to negotiate and close deals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective lead generation campaigns
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports
  • Remain updated with industry trends to identify new opportunities and challenges
  • Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand professional network
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the companys products and services
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of sales orders
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any salesrelated issues
  • Stay informed about competitors and their strategies

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales or related field
  • Proven track record of successful sales achievement and exceeding targets
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in inside sales or business development role
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Strong negotiation and sales closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a resultsdriven approach
  • Solid understanding of sales techniques and market dynamics
  • Experience in creating and delivering compelling sales presentations
  • Knowledge of lead generation tactics and strategies
  • Sharp business acumen and strategic mindset
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
