Overview:

Our client is looking to add a construction administrator to the design team in Evansville IN. We are looking for someone to join a team of architects engineers planners and interior designers who thrive on working together to create holistic designs for our workplace education community and healthcare clients

Requirements:

• 8 years of relevant experience in architecture or construction management
  
• Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED/WELL AP is preferred
• Basic knowledge of Revit
• Proven knowledge of construction specifications is preferred
• Professional and positive attitude with great problemsolving abilities
• Bachelors Degree in Construction Management or Architecture

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the Principal responsible for the individual project
• Develop project construction budgets and timelines
• Assist in construction document quality control
  
• Coordinate bidding and negotiation project efforts
• Lead construction administration on large projects
• Attend Job site meetings perform field observations and issue field reports
• Lead construction closeout
• Cultivate positive contractor relationships
• Develop standard practices for firmwide construction administration procedures
• Display knowledge of industry standards and an understanding of building codes industry trends building structures and architectural advancements
