Engagement Manager



What can you expect:

Managing work streams and modules within organization and workforce transformation projects. Leading culture and change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions. Assisting in organization design to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. Conducting workforce planning to align resources with business objectives. Performing employee assessments and mapping to identify skill gaps and development opportunities. Designing and enhancing talent and rewards programs to attract retain and motivate employees.

Lead work against highquality standards tight deadlines and ambiguity to deliver impactful results for our clients.
Oversee and manage data collections and analyse qualitative and quantitative results against our clients strategic Organization Development Workforce priorities.
Drive business development activities by offering new angles and ways of enhancing Mercers footprint in the region.
Participate in proposals and sales activities to generate new business opportunities.

What you need to have:

Saudi National is a must.
46 years of experience in Organization Development HR and Change Management.
Previous experience within HR Consulting and/or other related areas of consulting.
Bachelors degree preferably in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Human Resources or any other relevant discipline from a reputable university.
Preferably completed or are completing a masters degree with a focus on Organizational/Occupational Psychology Talent Management Organizational Behavior Human Resources or an MBA from a reputable university.
Continuing professional education through the CIPD the SHRM the BPS or other relevant professional bodies is valued.
