Known for our userfriendly platform and convenient delivery and return options our company strives to provide exceptional service to our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
Deliver courteous and professional support to customers in Danish.
Actively listen to customer concerns to identify root causes of issues.
Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and promptly.
Manage inbound and outbound calls emails and chats.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Danish at an advanced level.
Excellent listening and communication skills in Danish.
Strong time management skills to meet response and resolution targets.
Compensation:
Base gross salary: 1300 euros monthly.
Performance Bonus: Up to 200 euros monthly.
Potential gross monthly salary: 1500 euros.
Working Hours:
Monday Sunday 09:00 21:00.
Training:
8day training period conducted remotely from home.
Location:
Remote work arrangement based in Chania.
Relocation Package:
2 weeks of hotel accommodation Flight ticket (within the EU) Airport Pickup Real Estate Agency fee.
Documents Accepted:
EU citizenship.
Fullpurpose & Specificpurpose work permit card.
Certificate of Protection (refugees).
