Specialist Swiss and German Tax Forms and Reports

Tasks

Responsible for tax forms and reports for mainly Swiss and German clients and clients from other countries / Responsible for the preparation of tax forms Switzerland with dividend or interest date ISIN designation of the security confirmation of the creditors entitlement to Swiss withholding tax and a confirmation that banks or custodians have paid a withholding tax rate corresponding to the withholding tax to the Swiss Federal Tax Administration / Responsible for the tax forms for Germany / Monitoring and delivery of stamp taxes Switzerland and other countries / Reconciliation of transactional taxes and delivery to the relevant tax offices / Monitoring of developments in international tax law regarding securities / Reclaim withholding taxes for clients under double taxation agreements / Point of contact for tax inquiries from client advisors regarding securities / Responsible for quality controls / Participation in tax projects.

Requirements

Experience in the tax field preferably in the banking sector / Analytical mindset / Precise work style / Methodical approach / Strong sense of responsibility / Initiative and attention to detail / Team and service orientation / Interest in professional exchange and communication / High credibility and loyalty / Good user skills of MS Office / German and English language skills in a Germanspeaking environment.
