Overview:

The International Bpo (US UK Process) role plays a crucial part in our organizations success as they are the first point of contact for our international customers. They are responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries or issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Providing information about products and services to customers
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets through proactive selling
  • Adhering to script and call flow guidelines to ensure consistency
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Following communication procedures guidelines and policies
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues
  • Managing and resolving customer queries
  • Handling customer inquiries via email and live chat
  • Keeping uptodate with product knowledge and related industry developments
  • Working collaboratively with team members to achieve targets
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Fluency in English and (additional language for UK Process)
  • Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email
  • Strong problemsolving abilities
  • Excellent multitasking and time management skills
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
  • Salesoriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets
  • Ability to adapt to and learn about new products and services quickly
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and teamoriented environment
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications
  • Experience with CRM systems and practices
  • Understanding of company products services and policies
