Overview:

The Talent Acquisition position is crucial to our organization as it drives the complete recruitment cycle and plays a vital role in attracting sourcing and hiring top talent. This role is essential for building and maintaining a robust team that aligns with the companys goals and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of toptier candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on the overall recruitment process.
  • Utilize various channels for talent acquisition including social media job boards and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and participate in interview processes ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and interviewers.
  • Manage the offer process including negotiating offers and communicating employment details.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to improve the overall talent acquisition process.
  • Collaborate with external partners such as recruitment agencies and job fairs to enhance talent acquisition efforts.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sourcing techniques and recruitment strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches and projects.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
