Managing Director

• Reporting to the Board of Directors the Managing Director will have the responsibility to set the company as a leading provider of innovative investment and financial intermediation products returning maximum profit commensurate with the best interest of shareholders.
  
• Provide effective leadership and guidance in business development for investment and credit products developing compelling sales and marketing strategies to ensure continuing growth in business volumes by budge
  
  
• Provide leadership and direction for the backoffice functions: finance treasury operations compliance legal information technology and human resources.
  
• Coordinate direct and control an efficient and effective operations management system to ensure consistent delivery of product promises.
  
• Implement sound practices to ensure operational efficiency of credit administration processes to minimize the occurrence of nonperforming loans and also be responsible for the performance of credit portfolio in line with regulatory standards.
  
• Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and corporate policies and regulations
  

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree or its equivalent in Banking and Finance Accounting Business Administration or any other quantitative discipline.
  
• A Master s degree or/and professional certification will confer additional advantages. 1015 years experience in bank or nonbank financial institutions
  
• A minimum of 5 of those years should be at senior management level in the financial sector.
  
• Extensive knowledge of marketing treasury management credit administration and operations of the financial sector.
  
• Proven track record of success in initiating/creating revenuegenerating business and marketing activities
  
• Strong business and relationship management abilities. Good ethical business orientation. Extensive experience in resource management.
  
• Previous roles as Head Of Operations COO and Director of operations in a financial institution with a track record of leading diverse teams will be considered
  
• Extensive knowledge of marketing treasury management credit administration and operations of the financial sector.
  
• Proven track record of success in initiating/creating revenuegenerating business and marketing activities.
