Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Generalist with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for human resources good understanding of HR principles and practices and exceptional communication skills. This role will involve collaborating with various departments to support HR initiatives managing employee relations and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings coordination with recruiting agencies facilitate resumes screening and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate new hire orientation and onboarding activities including conducting orientation sessions and preparing new hire paperwork.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies procedures and benefits.
  • Assist with employee relations matters including conflict resolution performance management and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records and HR databases.
  • Assist with the development implementation and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
  • Administer employee benefits programs including enrollment changes and terminations.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a human resources role.
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
