Were looking for a motivated Beauty Sales Representative to join our team and promote our unique line of Japanese products. In this remote role youll play a key role in building strong relationships with spas salons and retail stores introducing them to the transformative power of natural ingredients and traditional practices.

What Youll Do:

  • Build and nurture connections with B2B clients in the beauty industry.
  • Become a product expert educating clients on the benefits of Japanese mushrooms botanicals and minerals used in our exclusive line
  • Prospect and qualify new leads
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations
  • Track sales data and client information in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Operations providing regular updates and seeking guidance.
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Stay on top of beauty industry trends and provide valuable market insights.

Who You Are:

  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B and /or B2C environment
  • The ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • A skilled communicator with a charming personality who builds rapport effortlessly.
  • A selfstarter who thrives in a remote environment yet reports effectively to management.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • A hunter mentality with a selfmotivated drive to succeed
  • Proficiency in CRM software such as Hubspot Salesforce etc
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision
  • Advanced written and verbal English skills the ability to clearly articulate complex information and tailor communication styles to diverse audiences
