Overview:

The HR Recruiter plays a crucial role in the organizations talent acquisition process. As a key member of the HR team the HR Recruiter is responsible for sourcing attracting and hiring top talent to meet the organizations staffing needs. This role requires strong communication skills a deep understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates
  • Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates skills experience and cultural fit
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
  • Coordinating and managing the complete recruitment lifecycle
  • Utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms to identify potential candidates
  • Maintaining uptodate knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Preparing and presenting job offers to selected candidates
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Participating in recruitment events and job fairs
  • Providing regular updates to hiring managers and stakeholders on recruitment progress
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Contributing to the development and improvement of recruitment processes and procedures
  • Managing the onboarding process for new hires
  • Conducting reference and background checks

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruiting role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR databases
  • Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment assignments
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment
  • Strong decisionmaking and problemsolving abilities
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Professional HR certification (e.g. PHR SHRMCP) is a plus
