    Job Description Summary

    Coordinator riders logistics operations: Individuals need a good logistics background to pursue our multifaceted and dynamic rider and zone operations. Coordinators play a role in ensuring our operation capabilities are continuously evolving to meet the ongoing needs of the business and continuous efforts to optimize our services by improving riders performance for assigned zones.

    What’s On Your Plate?

    Priorities
  • Monitor and improve Rider Performance and Compliance
  • Work with Recruitment of riders for the allocated zones
  • Document weekly updates on all logistics operations KPIs to line-manager along with actionable improvement items
  • Monitor, Control, and Optimize our internal Service Level KPIs on allocated zones and rider-level
  • Manage rider rooster with proper allocation of shifts/breaks/off-days etc
  • Supervises rider onboarding and training schedule with Rider Trainer and Rider Supervisor
  • Inventory management and usage compliance of Rider equipment
  • Oversee and decrease rider-level cancellations, and ensure an action plan has been developed and executed
  • Groom rider quality (behaviour, appearance, professionalism, presentational etc)
  • Setting up a performance improvement plan to improve performance of low performing riders
  • Reduce rider complaints originating from customers
  • Monitor riders performance on individual level and responsible for coaching/warning riders
  • Audits fleet appearance & rider behaviour via on ground visits
  • Work and follow standard operating procedures for our day to day operations
  • Reduce number of cancelled orders due to transportation
  • Data presentation and visualization
  • Assist team members with any issues and occurrences on a daily

  • Secondary Tasks
  • Assist the team in investigating of the cancelled orders
  • Present innovative ideas and tools to further improve on our overall operations
