Technical Project Manager

Project Management:

1. Develop and drive project plans establish timelines/milestones and manage within budgets.
   

2. Identify and assess project risks develop risk mitigation strategies and implement contingency plans to minimize the impact of potential issues.
   

3. Engage and communicate with project stakeholders including clients team members executives and external partners to ensure their involvement and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
   

4. Provide leadership and guidance to project teams facilitate collaboration resolve conflicts and motivate team members to achieve project objectives.
   

5. Maintain regular and effective communication channels with stakeholders provide project updates and produce reports on project progress risks and performance.
   

6. Coordinate with different technical teams responsible for applications migration between Development Test Integration and Production environments.
   

7. Manage change requests for all cloud migration activities and track all events associated with those activities in order to maximize systems availability and avoid errors.
   

8. Create and maintain project documentation including project plans schedules meeting minutes and other relevant records.
   

Technology:

1. 3 years of overall development environment experience/DevOps/SRE
   

2. Handson leadership and endtoend ownership of leading and delivering platforms and products by leveraging modern technology stack (Microservices Cloud DevOps)
   

3. Knowledge on Cloud concepts and DevOps principles and practices.
   

4. Proficiency in Agile methodologies that can facilitate effective project management in Cloud and DevOps environments.
   

5. Basic understanding on automation & scripting security best practices Infrastructure as a code.

1. Strong leadership qualities to guide and motivate their teams towards project success.
   

2. Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate project goals expectations and progress to stakeholders team members and clients. Effective listening and negotiation skills are vital as well.
   

3. Highly organized to manage multiple tasks deadlines and resources effectively.
   

4. Strong problemsolving skills to identify issues analyze alternatives and implement appropriate solutions promptly.
   

5. Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of adjusting plans and strategies as needed.
   

6. Ability to maintain composure stay focused and effectively handle pressure to keep the project on track.
   

License/Certification:

At least one of these PSM PMP CSM Certified in any agile project methodology SAFE methodology preferred.
