Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members ensuring adherence to best practices and standards. Develop and maintain project plans timelines and budgets ensuring timely delivery of highquality solutions.

Identify and mitigate project risks communicating effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC).

Good To Have Skills:

Experience with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).

Strong understanding of financial consolidation and close processes.

Experience in leading application design build and configuration projects.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
