We are an emerging Outpatient Physical Therapy practice that is part of a comprehensive Orthopedic model of Sport Ortho Urgent Care. We are committed to offering an innovative experience to the patient by having an integrated approach with a team of providers including Orthopedic Surgeons Physician Assistants Physical Therapists and Physical Therapy Assistants.
Our providers work together daily to provide comprehensive orthopedic care including on site medical imaging regenerative medicine manual therapy sports medicine and physical therapy services.

- Physical & Rehabilitation Medicine
- Currently possess Physical Therapy License
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Minimum 1 Years of OutPatient Orthopedic PT experience
- Positive attitude that is willing to be a part of an integrated Orthopedic Approach
- Masters (Required)
- Doctorate (Preferred)
- Outpatient Orthopedic: 1 year (Required)
- Physical Therapy License (Required)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
