Overview:

The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in the growth and success of the organization by identifying new business opportunities building and maintaining client relationships and contributing to the overall revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve set targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
  • Prepare and present regular progress reports to management.
  • Participate in conferences events and networking activities to promote the organization.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing materials and strategies.
  • Manage a database of potential business leads and opportunities.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the organization.
  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the business.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Marketing or relevant field.
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive Sales Executive or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven.
  • Strong networking and relationshipbuilding skills.
  • Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
  • Understanding of financial principles and budget management.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.
  • Professional and presentable demeanor.
